Hello

I have i 485 interview this week after my i 360 was approved. Apart from the i-693 form and the approved i 360 is there anything else i need to bring to the interview. I was told that they are not supposed to ask about the abuse..... do i ask for a supervisor if the officer brings it up. Also, as a self petitioner, if i show the i 864W does that exempt me from providing my tax returns. Please, any experiences shared will be greatly appreciated!

You need to take i-693 and vawa approval of course, your passport ,i-94,you dont need for -864w,you need tax returns ,your marriage certificate oringinal and if you divorced your divorce decree, birth certificate ,in short I would carry all the originals I sent with i-360 and i-485 just incase also a few letters to prove physical address.IOs are different some will ask but no need to ask for supervisor you may annoy them to cause a delay in your approval they may think you hiding something or being self defensive(though they are not supposed to ask ) .I would just answer if they asked. The IO never asked me any questions regarding my marriage or abuse.Only asked if we lived on the same address I answered no as we are seperated.Wishing you all the best .
