Okay, I just called the USEM Mla. and I almost cry when the staff told me to call back around last week of November for the CO's final decision on our case! Omg... How long is too long naman..?

I just called the USEmb here too sis since my fiance was so pissed with them when he tried to call before lunch. And they just got worse now, it seems that they don't entertain phone calls about immigrant visas. they must have been bombarded by applicants who had been waiting a long time. So now, I can only email them . I just did. See what they say.

Mukang papaabutin talaga nila ng 60 days review namin... Nakakawala ng gana na talaga Sis... Pati fiance ko parang ayaw ko na din kausapin about the visa. I just want him to be here with me miss na miss ko na talaga syaaaa....

My husband was trying to connect to their line but wasn't able to so I decided to try if I can connect then I was able to in less than 10 tries, I think. The girl I talked to saw the inquiries that my husband and congress made from them. She said that in their system, it's saying that it is still in administrative review then I said, we were told yesterday that the consul will look at our case today so she checked on the case again and put me on hold. It took a while and then she told me that she cannot locate where exactly is our case, if it is still in the review unit or was forwarded to the consul already since it is not updated on the system. So, I told her that I/we will call back tomorrow and she was okay with it but she cannot promised me that the system will be updated already. She also reminded me that it's holiday this coming Friday. Look what the pre-screener did to us

I'm confused about your situation.. Were you interviewed already? Because if you were and you're lacking of docs you shuould be given a 221g form. You'll see the documents they're requesting from you are checked on that form. And once you gathered alk them addntl docs they're requesting from u, you're suppose to send them via 2go with your passport. It's free of charge. Did they return your passport with the 221g form after your interview?

yes i was interviewed in Lagos Nigeria and my passport was given back to me with the 221(g)form and the form says i should e mail them for a reschedule of interview once i get the required document which i've done and they gave me 11weeks appointment which to me is unusual,i also want to know if there is a way i can confirm the appointment to be sure it's correct.tHANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

to all... all they tell you is just it is in review? cos when my husband inquired about mine, he was told that it was forwarded to the consul already, so maybe you can try to inquire specifically on the status. hope we'll hear very soon

Actually, mine is pending review by the consular officer since Nov. 03...

so near yet so far what the officer needs to do is to review the notes from the immigrant unit if they reviewed it well and sign it, done! but my husband was told that there were so backlog that's why it's taking long for the officer to look it up. who interviewed you? what window? our case was pending for review to the officer since last nov 8.

I mean, my cenomar reverification was forwarded to the CO on Nov. 03 and today, Nov.14 called the USEM, they said out case is still under review by the CO

OCTOBER 28 - SENT THE DOCS

NOV 2 - RECEIVED BY THE USEM

NOV 3 - MY FIANCE CALLED AND THEY SAID IT IS UNDER REVIEW BY CONSULAR OFFICER

IT'S OUR 3RD WEEK WAITING NOW.

1MONTH AFTER THE INTERVIEW...

4WEEKS AFTER SENDING THE DOCS...

3WEEKS AFTER THE USEM RECEIVED...

I WILL BE SENDING PRAYERS FOR ALL OF US HERE WAITING FOR OUR VISAS TO BE APPROVED.

Called USEm today, was told that the case was referred to a CO last Nov 14, and by Nov 18, the CO sent back to review unit to verify on something. Idk anymore I hope it's not something bad if it's sent back to the review unit. Prayers to you all too!

K1 visa application DENIED because CO is not convinced that we have a serious relationship?? I have bunch of evidences that I was ready to give him on my interview but he said he didn't need them. And I thought it was only the cenomar reverification? How come it turned out that denial is due to no serious relationship?? What does he know about me and my fiance??

Called the embassy a while ago. Actually, it was my husband who called first and was told that they have been trying to reach me so I called. I was asked to go back to the US Embassy this Friday, November 25, Window 70. I am thinking this is a second interview. Idk if the same officer but the window I was last time was window 60.

Before all of these, we asked help from the Congress and the Congress got fed up with what happened to us because she's been helping us since USCIS stage, since January. And thankfully, they schedule me right away because the Congress emailed the officer directly, she cannot take it what the embassy were doing to us.
