It sounds like they gave you a 10-year GC when they approved your K-1 AOS. This might have been an error on their part. They are only supposed to give you a 10-year GC if you have been married for more than 2 years at the time they issues the GC.

If it was an error on their part, then you should file an I-751 within 90 days before the 2-years-after-your-GC-was-issued mark.

On the other hand, if the expiry date on your GC is legitimate, you don't need to.

You should arrange an InfoPass appointment at your local USCIS office (you can do this from the uscis.gov website) to discuss your situation with a USCIS immigration officer. They will have access to your file and can make an authoritative decision. If they say you need to file RoC, then do so, otherwise you are fine.

Thank you so much! I just got my InfoPass appointment online. I think I need to talk to an immigration officer first before I file my I-751 and to know if they made an error on my green card expiration date.

This is a good idea, they must have made an error since its neither 2 years (2011) nor ten years (2019). Your record at USCIS and your greencard might not be the same...

Yeah... that date is REALLY wrong. You should have had the card corrected when you got it (means filing an I-90). You're going to need to make an INFOPASS asap. It means, as someone else said, USCIS has your date wrong in the system and won't accept your ROC... Good luck!

Sorry i typed the expiry date wrong, it's 12/17/2019 not 2017, so it means they gave me a 10-yr GC period. i really need to inform them abt this so i got an InfoPass appt.
