Can't seem to find a checklist for the AOS interview

Obviously you have a list of the stuff you need on the appointment letter, but it's not all that clear

Some stuff I think were in the original AOS application so you don't need those, and other stuff is a little vague

So do we have a list we can go by?

And how much proof of genuine relationship do you need at this stage?

It is a bit unclear what exactly they want, given that the appointment letter is a generic catch-all notice.

What is absolutely required is the appointment letter, passport/photo ID for both US citizen & spouse, birth certificates and marriage certificate.

But I'm a 'just in case' kinda girl (!) and I pretty much took everything but the kitchen sink LOL

Which consisted of a copy of our entire AOS packet, photos from our wedding, 3 months of my husband's most recent pay stubs, all my medical info and proof of our co-mingling ; joint bank account statements, health insurance etc... phew!

In the end out of all of that stuff, all the IO asked to look at was our wedding photos. We were approved this past Wed, the 9th.

Hope that helps a little :)
