I got approved on 01st of November and my question is how will I know that when the uscis gona send my petition to NVC and how will I know ? Does nvc is also gona send me notification about my case. How much time it will gona take to interview from now ?

The NVC will send you a letter with your case number on it. The only way to know for sure that your case has been sent on to your foreign consulate is to call the NVC.

if your case was complete, then you need to keep calling the NVC for your case number 202-663-1225 press 1 then 0 talk to live person have all your information ready

My k1 petition is approved by uscis now what should I do.

When NVC is finished with their processing (which normally doesn't take too long - in our case 11 days from the date NVC received until sent to the Consulate) they then forward it to the Consulate, who then sends out Packet 3 to the Beneficiary. The Beneficiary fills out the forms according to the instructions in Packet 3 and sends back to the Consulate who in turn then sends out Packet 4 to the Beneficiary.
