hi everybody! When I applied for my K-1 visa I had the situation that my fiance's income for the last years was below 125% of the poverty line because he came to visit me in my country and didnt work while he was there. This year he had enough income to be my sponsor as his earning statements showed. Even though we worried a lot and got a co-sponsor, I was not asked for the co-sponsor's documents at the interview and was approved.

We are about to file for AOS now but we have a concern about this situation. It seems like his income is lower than 125% of poverty line as for the household of 2 people (since we are married now). Does anybody know if I can use the same form i-864 and financial documents of my co-sponsor that i have from the time of the interview? It's signed at the end of July. Or should I get a more recent form from him? I read on some sites that form i-864 is good for a year... but I want to double check it. Does anybody can help me? Also, do you think I will need the co-sponsor's birth certificate for the AOS interview or should I include it in my AOS package?

It's good for a year and no BC required.
