I don't want to scrutinize your post, but according to you everything is fake and doesn't show proof of the relationship. Well let me tell you like that. As you stated: "Photos by far are the superior evidence, even without datestamps" I can fake photos as easy as I can fake everything else. There are great software programs that will let you do whatever you want.

So according to you again the K-1 visas shouldn't even exist as you can never proof a relationship since everything is fake.

:ot2: Take a chill pill... whoa!

We front-loaded our I-129F packet that we sent to the USCIS. In other words, we submitted earlier versions to the USCIS of the same evidence that we submitted to the consular officer. The consular officer likely saw all of this stuff in our file already and didn't need to scrutinize the updated evidence.

Chinook took to her interview a few screen shots, a few representative emails from each month, the first page or two of a few representative chats from each month, a chat history, a few phone bills with the calls to 'Pinas highlighted, remittance receipts, and a couple pieces of snail mail.

The consular officer mostly looked at our photos.

You taking what I said out of context, and mischaracterizing what I said. . I worked as an intelligence analyst in a previous life, and photo-faking is easy to spot unless the "faker" is a seasoned professional. Most fake photos have improper lighting, incorrect shadows, halo-effect, and a bunch of other techie terms I wont go into. Yes, photoshop and such can be used, but most CO's have been trained to spot these fakes by the digital remnants that are left behind on the photo.

I didnt say everything is fake, I said that some evidence is more credible and holds more weight. As a previous poster mentioned, stamped/cancelled envelopes are best, folllowed by photos that jive with the time frame, then emails with date/time containing the routing headers, then chat logs, then screenshots. I am NOT saying the "weaker" evidence is not used, but often is used to cross-reference and verify the stronger evidence.

well from my experience, thats what the consular officer asked from me! he looked and read the chat conversation and pictures/screenshots of me and my fiance.fb accounts, skype, yahoo messenger, and google gmail chat records.i tried to show him my other proofs but he ddint bother to look at it,he asked me some weird questions and then asking the same thing"when was the last time you talk to your fiance?"I just said,"just last night"! whatever he was thinking that time,IDC I am telling the truth to him!

Good Point Truly... Best to be prepared with everything. My only point was the weight given each type of evidence, but having more is always better than less! :)

If you are talking to me, I did say "Philippines-K1 applicants."

Easily 1/3 of the replies here are from non-Philippines countries...

You might want to ask for this to be moved to the PH regional subforum...

In my case, I brought a lot of evidences with me during my interview from emails, chat logs, phone records, pictures, snail mails cards, etc....don't want to feel sorry, but, the consul didn't bother to look any. Though he asked me if I have emails, pictures, etc...then I answered yes, but he didn't look anymore.

I noticed that the 129-F petition filed by my Fiance to the USCIS was well organized and very complete as to evidences already like 3-year phone bills, pictures, etc. etc.....) So I think that helped a lot so the consul didn't bother anymore to check what I have.

You just need to answer all the questions asked. Know more about your Fiance. These are the specific questions asked to me :

1. About the family of my Fiance - parents' names, where do they live ? does he have brothers and sisters, how many and where do they live and work ? I was really surprised on this question, but so glad I was able to answer very well as I have known well my Fiance (in almost 4 years) and got the chance to talk to his mom and siblings.

2. About his job - complete company name / address and what specific department / task he is assigned.

3. Do I know what kind of music does he loves ? Wow! :) for me this is truly a great question, I could even sing all those songs he loves, and I think the CO was really inspired listening to me...hahaha ! just kidding ! but, I really did answer the consul nicely; and if he will ask me to sing, then I would love it....lol :)

4. Do I also make call to him ? How ? How much is cost ? I was able to answer properly and even gave specific example.

Still have a lot of questions, but its all very pleasant questions, it was like we were having personal and friendly conversations. The consul is very nice in fact he is nice to talk with and very handsome. :)

Just be very attentive to all the questions and be honest to all your answers and everything will be alright ! Always give a smile and be courteous ! :) Do pray always, it helps. God bless :) !
