I didn't know the Regional Forums were exclusive clubs! Who else knew this! Raise your hand if you knew this!

No you just come right out into the P&R Forum and randomly start $hit.

Coming into another regional forum is one thing, acting like a complete ####### in another regional forum is another. Of course you know all about that seeing your one of the main protagonist and the first one to cry when your shown the door.

The trouble is, a lot of the current regular UK posters never took part in these flamefests (heck, I don't even recall ever seeing them), so to anyone who isn't aware of the history (which I'd wager is a majority of current posters) all it seems like is one-sided baiting.

Just the throwing around of 'RUB' and 'CABA' acronyms on these forums is enough to make me feel sick. I hoped that these days people knew better than to stereotype by nationality! I work with a lot of other immigrants - my teammates (all absolutely lovely ladies) are from Mexico, Canada, Russia and India - and it's surprising what we all have in common (and what we don't). And none of us conform to the national stereotype.

As a young teen I believed the US was one of the last places on earth I'd wish to visit... thank goodness I grew up and became more open-minded.

Correct, I shouldn't lump every Brit and/or Canduck into the same bunch. I like a lot of Brits...great people. You and Alan come to mind as super nice posters on here. It's the bunch that like to come into the RUB regional forum and start ####### and then cry to the mods when they don't get their way. Those peeps know who they are.

I got nothing against any of these guys or their wives, but I find it extremely hilarious how they go out of their way to say how good they got it. My husband joined VJ when we first started our journey in '09 and never logged in again. He's definitely off doing better things.

Slim wins a lot of his debates through attrition. He can wear posters down with his constant rebuttals until they just give up. Nobody can beat a subject to death like slim when he's in the groove and feeling it. Gun rights come to mind.

There really aren't. There was some amusing regional subforum territorialism a while back, and I think insults may have been traded about physical fitness, undergarments, and footwear. But that was about it.
