Seeing the last two posts signatures are starting to make me get worried because we have not received a NOA1 yet. I have a delivery confirmation but no text or email notification yet. Maybe my problem is I only sent one G-1145 and I think I should have sent three. Did everybody else send in three? Has any November filers received their hard copies in the mail yet?

11-23-2011 Check cashed.

11-25-2011 Hard copies of NOA1s

12-06-2012 Pui's Brother unexpectly passes away and we make an info pass appointment and receive an emergancy AP so she can return home. Pui leaves for Thailand for 2 weeks.

12-06-2012 Get a text message and email that she received an RFE

12-12-2012 RFE for original birth certificate. I swear we sent it along with a certificate translation of it.

12-20-2012 Pui returns from Thailand.

12-21-2012 We send the RFE back for with original birth certificate along with a new certificate of translation(I had to wait for her to return for her to sign)

12-26-2012 text and email they have received the RFE.

12-29-2012 Appointment for biometrics is 01-23-2012

01-13-2012 AP is approved.

01-23-2012 Biometrics appointment. Later during the evening the text and email saying the EAD is approved.

01-31-2012 EAD/AP combo card arrives.

05-22-2012 Email and text card is in production!

I did send 3 G-1145s and separated the AOS, AP and EAD applications into three envelopes. Hang in there. :)

I only sent in only one G-1145 - all three applications were packaged together, with one cover letter, by our lawyer. The G-1145 was included as part of the packet, a few pages in and not clipped to the front of the application. I did receive three email/text notifications for my I485, I130 and I1765, but I have yet to recieve hard copies of the NOAs or biometrics appointment notification.

Hang in there - but I feel for you as I too dislike the waiting game...

I sent mine on 11/2, they got it 11/4, but still hasn't received anything not even a text message. Check wasn't cashed as well. I wonder what the heck happened to our packet. Well, I guess I just have to wait.

We got his ASC Appointment Notice in the mail today! His biometrics appointment is 11/29 in Philadelphia. So excited!! :D

And by the way, we filed just one G-1145 form as the very 1st page in our packet, before the cover letter. We received all 3 texts/emails at the same time. It came later at night than I expected, around 7:30pm.

November 9, 2011- Email/Text NOA for I-130, I-485, I-765, accepted November 7th

December 22, 2011- Email/Text Interview appt notice, scheduled February 14 2012 <3

January 9, 2012- Email/Text EAD approved and card production ordered

January 13, 2012- Email/Text EAD Card mailed, I-765 app in Post Decision Activity

January 17, 2012 - EAD card received in the mail

February 14, 2012- Interview- verbal Green Card approval given on the spot :)

February 24, 2012- Green Card received in the mail!!!
