Hey, everybody

I had my AOS interview today, and I couldn't believe it. I actually had to get everything in order and make a copies for the original documents and at the end we went to there( Buffalo uscis office) and waited till its our turn, then we been called by the officer and he was a nice Hispanic man. he sworn us and then asked for passports and then he started reviewing the I485 form to make sure all the information was correct, the funny part when he called us we entered the office and he starts to look to my wife's belly and ask are you pregnant we said yeah.he said how many months we said 32 weeks. he said congrats for the baby,at that time i was sweating because i had too much clothes on and in the office i start taking my jacket off   and he looked at me and said just relax everything is looking good is just a matter of seconds to review all forms together and i will approve you    . after that i felt relief and said i am not worried i just sweet a lot normally. anyway he approved us and tooled me that he is ganna sent an order for card production it might take about one week--3weeks. and that was it he didn't ask any questions about any thing related about my marriage or my life or my wife's.

I really wish everybody who is still waiting the best luck and to get their AOS journey done as soon as possible.

Any November filers still waiting for green card? We filed 11/25, completed biometrics 12/20, EAD approved and sent 1/27 and since then there have been no updates, I-485 is still in initial review. Anyone else have an AOS at the California service center?

Yes,Liz and Miguel, looks like there are still november filers waiting for Green Card approval.I am one of them, our file also is at CSC.It seems like it takes longer for CSC to process the AOS than other Offices!Hang in there! :)

Nov 22nd filing, Nov 25 NOA, she has the AP and EAD now, but still waiting on the Green Card. Last time I paged though the AOS timeline list, transfered cases with filings from beginning of Nov and late Oct were getting Green Cards. Interviewed cases got it a lot faster.

Liz and Miguel,

my mother's AOS application is also still at the Initial Review step. We filed on Nov 28th. She did her biometrics on Dec 11th. She got her work permit on Feb 4th, but still no activity on her green card.

So I know how you're feeling. It seems like everything that reaches CA processing locations takes a long time.

Please let us know if you have good news

Hi all

I was out of the US last week and, typically, a letter stating my adjustment of status had been approved was sent on the 13th March. Can't quite believe it, and am waiting for my green card to be delivered. I'm a November filer and my case was transferred to CSC, so here's hoping more transferred cases are approved in the next week or so.

Good luck everyone!
