05-31-2011 - RFE requested. They want better passport pictures of me.

06-06-2011 - Additional passport pics sent.

06-08-2011 - Evidence received and acknowledged. Whew!

06-16-2011 - NOA2 received!

07-20-2011 - Packet 3 Received!

08-01-2011 - Packet 3 returned to Embassy.

08-22-2011 - Packet 4 Received!

09-19-2011 - Interview...APPROVED!

We got our Text/Email for EAD approval last night too! I think we all got our texts at 7:30pm, LOL.

How long is it taking for people to receive their cards? Has anyone in the group received theirs yet?

October 14, 2011- Married French Husband visiting on VWP in Pennsylvania <3

November 4, 2011- Sent I-130/I-485/I-765 package to Chicago Lockbox via Express Mail

November 7, 2011- Receipt for package received from Express Mail

November 8, 2011- Husband's VWP passport stamp expired

November 9, 2011- Email/Text NOA for I-130, I-485, I-765, accepted November 7th

November 10, 2011- All 3 applications "touched"

November 14, 2011- All 3 NOAs received in the mail

November 17, 2011- Biometrics Letter received in mail, appt in Philadelphia Nov 29th

November 29, 2011- Biometrics completed in Philadelphia, 15 minutes in and out

December 22, 2011- Email/Text Interview appt notice, scheduled February 14 2012 <3

January 9, 2012- Email/Text EAD approved and card production ordered

January 13, 2012- Email/Text EAD Card mailed, I-765 app in Post Decision Activity

January 17, 2012 - EAD card received in the mail

February 14, 2012- Interview- verbal Green Card approval given on the spot :)

February 24, 2012- Green Card received in the mail!!!

hi fellow november 2011 filers!!! i filed my AOS (from K1) november 10 of last year (2011), latest update i got from USCIS is EAD in production.. got the email last january 5, but just now, i got excited when i received another email from USCIS... got disappointed when i saw that its just the same notification, EAD in production, but the date is changed from january 5th to january 10th.. does this really happen? is this just a system error or something?? no big deal though, just excited for the green card coz were planning to go to mexico once i get it ... :) :) :)

The exact same thing happened to us. We got our EAD card production notice and AP letter notice on January 3rd. On January 6th we got a second EAD card production notice (date changed to the 6th) but no AP update. Then on the 9th we got a 3rd EAD notice, with the date changed to the 9th, but this time it went back a step to say the letter was sent out (so the card is no longer in production.)

I haven't got a clue what is going on. :(

Hey, what do you know, I checked the mail today and there it was....EAD/AP card! YAY. :) So islandnook23, I wouldn't worry at all about the status of your EAD application. I hope everyone else gets there cards ASAP!!! Good luck to you all.

Just received an email with an interview notification, scheduled for 2/21. I'm assuming it will be in San Antonio, since that is the nearest USCIS office.

Still no word on AP... that is what I am REALLY after since we have travel plans scheduled for 2/2-2/13. I wouldn't even have minded a later interview date if my AP had come through by now.
