Double checked......the California address mine was sent to is the same except it's 24000 not 21000 Avila Road.

March 2010- Met in Calgary, Canada (he was working there)

Dec 31, 2010- Engaged

Jan 5, 2011- Mailed I-129f

Jan 10, 2011- Signature of acceptance at Texas lockbox

Jan 12, 2011- Notice date on NOA1 hardcopy

Jan 14, 2011- Touched

Jan 18, 2011- Received email notification/forward to VSC and check cashed

Jan 20, 2011- He moved to Houston/work transfer :(

May 12, 2011- NOA2!

May 20, 2011- Left NVC for Vancouver

Aug 17, 2011- Medical

Aug 18, 2011- Interview

Aug 29, 2011- POE at Sweetgrass, Montana...drove to Houston

Sept 24, 2011- Wedding in Hawaii

Nov 12, 2011- Sent in AOS/EAD/AP

Nov 16, 2011- Delivered

Nov 18, 2011- 3 Texts/Emails

Nov 17, 2011- NOA1 date on Hard copies/biometrics appt for Dec 12

Got our RFE hardcopy, fortunately it's really simple. Just need to submit proof of our joint sponsor's legal status in the US!

I finally got my interview letter today for Jan 27 :D Phewww, I was so worried about not passing the 2nd biometrics. Gluck to you all :)

F-1 2004-2005, 2005-2009
F-1, filed EAD for OPT 2009-2010
F-1, filed EAD for STEM OPT 17 months 2010-2011
+5/24/2010: USPS Express to Phoenix.
+5/26/2010: Delivered
+6/3/2010: NOA
+7/29/2010: Acceptance mailed! New EAD card.
AOS:
11/2/2011: Mailed USPS Priority to Chicago
11/4/2011: Package of I 130, 485, 131, 765 delivered~
11/9/2011: Text Messages - Confirmed all 4 applications were received with receipt #s.
Added 4 cases to portfolio on USCIS account. Enabled email and mobile alerts.
11/10/2011: All checks cashed, total $1490.
11/14/2011: All 4 NOAs received in the mail
11/17/2011: Biometrics Letter received in mail for Dec 8
11/18/2011: Biometrics done but 9/10 are rejected due to allergy.
11/25/2011: 2nd Biometrics letter received (send 11/23).
11/29/2011: 2nd Biometrics done but not all 10 are passed again. Hoping for the best =)
12/19/2011: Interview notice for Jan 27 at National Benefits Center (local office).
01/17/2012: EAD/AP Combo Card received.
01/27/2012: Interview done, lasts about 30 minutes but the wait is long - 1 hour. The interviewer approved us verbally, have to send in police clearance.
01/30/2012: Got police Clearance at local police station and mailed in.
02/06/2012: Card Production Ordered

01/16/2014: Receipt of I-751 Removing conditions
01/21/2014: NOA

02/10/2014: Biometrics

04/24/2014: Approval

05/01/2014: Card Received

11/08/2014: Sent N-400

Gah... finally received the biometrics appt notice today. Called them on the 14th, exactly 30 days from the date on my NOA and I have no idea if that helped but I'm just glad I have it. This might be too ballsy, but has anyone tried a walk in at a different location than what their notice says? My appt isn't til mid Jan and there's an office just 10 min away from my parents' house, where I'll be next week...

November 15, 2011 - Email/text NOAs received

November 18, 2011 - Hardcopy NOAs received (dated 11/14)

December 19, 2011 - Biometrics Appt Notice received for 1/11

December 28, 2011 - Biometrics Walk-in

February 9, 2012 - RFE :(

February 27, 2012 - RFE #2 because of innacurate info given from the customer service line!

March 26, 2012 - EAD FINALLY approved, card production ordered, woohoo!!

March 29, 2012 - EAD card production notice #2

March 30, 2012 - EAD card mailed

April 2, 2012 - EAD card in hand!

April 4, 2012 - Interview notice for May 8, 2012

April 9, 2012 - applied for SSN

April 16, 2012 - SSN card received :D

April 17, 2012 - Driving permit obtained!

April 23, 2012 - CA ID received in the mail

May 8, 2012 - Interview - approved!! :D

Got alert that my case was touched again today....

Your Case Status: Initial Review

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I guess what that means is that California Service center have resume the processing of my case today and will notify me if anything is needed or perhap approve it...lol

Checked today on a whim, seems we're going for an interview: On December 21, 2011, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for January 30, 2012, at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER.

Will have to wait for the hard copy to find out where.

where is the national benfits centre for you? Where are you?

Can you tell me where you checked to see this information? I know you can go to uscis and put in that number for a case update, but is that all you did? All that site ever has said for me was the initial phase thing.

Jeannie had her interview in Norfolk, Virginia. Did you read her entry a couple of days ago about it?

That's all I did, yes. We're in Grand Rapids MI and I'm not sure where the local benefits center is, hence waiting for the hard copy.

Tonight we received our text and email notification: On December 22, 2011, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for February 14, 2012, at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER.

Yay! We are soooo excited! February 14th will be our 4 month wedding anniversary, and is THE day of love. How appropriate for this big day! (L)

October 14, 2011- Married French Husband visiting on VWP in Pennsylvania <3

November 4, 2011- Sent I-130/I-485/I-765 package to Chicago Lockbox via Express Mail

November 7, 2011- Receipt for package received from Express Mail

November 8, 2011- Husband's VWP passport stamp expired

November 9, 2011- Email/Text NOA for I-130, I-485, I-765, accepted November 7th

November 10, 2011- All 3 applications "touched"

November 14, 2011- All 3 NOAs received in the mail

November 17, 2011- Biometrics Letter received in mail, appt in Philadelphia Nov 29th

November 29, 2011- Biometrics completed in Philadelphia, 15 minutes in and out

December 22, 2011- Email/Text Interview appt notice, scheduled February 14 2012 <3

January 9, 2012- Email/Text EAD approved and card production ordered

January 13, 2012- Email/Text EAD Card mailed, I-765 app in Post Decision Activity

January 17, 2012 - EAD card received in the mail

February 14, 2012- Interview- verbal Green Card approval given on the spot :)
