Got a biometric appointment letter in mail today been Saturday,3rd Dec and the appointment is on 15th Dec,8.00am At Leveque Tower,Columbus.....Just 20 mins away from me.. ......Hope is in and out thing.....

I received my NOA hard copies today just for my i-130/i-485 and a rejection notice for my i-765. i forgot to sign the application :(, but the attached a green paper saying that i can send it back with all the supporting documentation. So im confuse :S!!! help please

Yes, it means it was transferred to CSC for faster processing. I got the same notice in the mail. :)
