Hello you guys IM new to the forum and have a question hope you can help me

Im helping my sister on her husbands i-130 and have a question on number 16 he was cough on the entry point in california and sent back in 2000 re tried in 2005 an succeded was not cauth, my question is what option should we choose

16. Has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings?

Removal or Exclusion/Deportation ?

also on the Birth certificates how old can they be I understan that they a requiring a new version for the birth certificates,

caught and sent back = deported (maybe even removal?) . so answer yes on the 2000 attempt.

re: 2005 entry - that's an 'entry without inspection', EWI, and for me to answer - i'm sorry - i'm a bit murky on it.

re: sister's husband's I-130: If he is currently in the USA and thinking to stay until he has a green card - then she is not chasing after a K-3 visa, at all.

Suggest you refactor and report yer question in an AOS/work/student/tourist forum here, if that's the case.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
