Has Anyone experienced this? Here I am still worrying and the interview is OVER. :) At the interview, they never required me to sign or even asked for the 156K, the DS230, and never asked for the letter of intent from my fiance. They DID take my DS160 confirmation, but didnot ask for my passport photo's!! Now I am worried she did not get everything she needs for the file!! Is that possoible? She did get my original birth/marr./divorce certificates and then give them back, and she took my passport and my medical envelope.

Any thoughts? I'm a little worried they will be asking for these things when they find out!

Wait, I take back that I didn't sign anything. I did sign something so it was probably that DS230. It all goes so fast! but she didn't take the other things listed above.

I was wondering about the exact same thing! As I posted on your thread, I thing I had the same lady who interviews you guys! I was alone, my fiancee couldn't make for the interview, but still it was pretty simply. Just like what you've mentioned above...I was never asked for even the confirmation page (DS 160) probably because I mailed it along with other forms in packet 3! I did however sign the bottom of D 156 I believe it was, also went through the DS 230 (Part 1) to make sure there were no errors. That was it...I wasn't even asked to show the I 134 (my fiancee had sent me a new one since our old one was kind of old) She didn't ask for that either. In hindsight I should have offered her the new I 134, but I didn't because I read it so many time on VJ not to offer anything unless you're being asked for it. So it was a no brainier.... When I got approved and got 2 pages with instructions, I headed downstairs! It was not until I got in my car that I realized that I didin't even give her the photos for the visa. But then again she didn't ask, my theory is that the 2 passport size photos that we sent them with packet 3 were enough for them, or else she would have asked, she had a checklist so she definitely would have asked if it was needed.

Bottom line, I know what you're probably thinking, what if they ask for something else in the mail which will delay the issuance of the visa, most likely that won't happen. Fingers crossed :)

Dave

p.s. They didn't give you anything else besides those 2 pages with instructions, correct?

I am so glad that you wrote!! OK well it must just be that they ask for all that stuff in case they aren't satisfied with the contents of the previous submission. So we are good to go!! I was so out of it for the first few minutes I don't know what I signed but I did sign something. No all they gave me at the end was the two photo-copied pages. Thank goodness for this site!!! worth a thousand lawyers!!
