Well u can try the expedite remember expedite is not a 100percent guaranteed approval. Can you try to assist her from where you are at? Here is what I would do. I would do the expedite and take it from there if u have a genuine case there is nothing to worry about.

Yeah we are going to fax the documents to the officer that USCIS asked us to. Here is the situation and plz tell me if you find it strong enough to get expedite approved:

1- My wife is currently pregnant of one month and she keep being sick due to the pregnancy. Somedays she call out which is not good for her as she may got fired which would make the situation worse.

2- Her monthly bills represent 80% or 85% of her pay check which made a not comfortable to take care of some other stuffs every month. Her car currently has a mechanic problem which is 500 dollars, she can not have it fixed. this problem been for 2 months.

3- She has a child who is 6 years old now and that she is taking care of. Bills are killing her and in the next months, she will not be able to go to work. If i am not here to help her with bills and stuffs she may lose the house.

From that, what do you think? we are going to send her pay check, the house monthly bills, her child birth certificate to prove that the kid is really hers. what else you think we can provide?

Got the hard copy NOA1. Was really hoping we'd get routed to Vermont as they seem to be processing faster but we got California. Now we wait till end of March / beginning of April I guess.

Also, started putting together a package showing ties to Canada (lease, pay stubs, future travel itineraries) for crossing the border. I cross often for work and am just anticipating that I'm going to get a hard time from US customs now that my i130 is on file.

Finally filed I-130 on Nov. 16th. I'm so new here its not funny. How do I set up tracking on this site?

Well i sent of my package a day before you, so i guess we are the closest in filing our paperwork, not new to the site though, as i have been on here getting tips to put my package together before I sent it off.

It'll be fun to see how we do with such close filing dates. I know I need patience - we all do - looking forward to all of us having a successful and speedy journey God willing :)

One day at a time and pray like crazy!

John_trucker, kelad raises a good point. If your 3 month old daughter is your own biological daughter, she will not be issued a visa by the Embassy, instead, they will require a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) and a US Passport for her. US visas are not issued to US citizens. If your 3 month old daughter is only related to you by marriage, then you are on the right path and everything regarding CRBA is moot.
