Sorry I answered from my mobile so i gave a general answer of what u needed to do.Currently your wife household includes her mom and sister from the form i looked at, you will need to list all the persons that live in your house. You will also need to include the child on the next tax return in the coming year, if you are asked about omitting the baby last year you need to know why. Also the expedite request need to be proven and the current pregnancy will not be a good enough reason because there is alot of pregnant women going through this process, so it would be good if you had another reason as well to substantiate the expedite like a doctors letter would also help.

ok but u did say she was taking care of them which mean they are dependent upon her, without her they cant survive or will be dependent on somebody else. Just saying, anyways make sure you get a joint sponsor just in case you are asked for one. Its good to have a plan b.

Thank you Kelad,my wife received the hard copy of NOA1 ( I-797). On one side, i am still undecided about submitting documentation requested for the expedite my wife called for lastly. I would not like to get into a trap with California service center or NVC later on. I do not want to include my wife's mother and sister not to have the household increased. On the other side, i do not want to regret of not sending the documentation when i see the process is delaying at CSC. Can somebody decide for me please ...lol? plz help

Good mornign Ryan, i was serious and i am still dead serious. USCIS did not ask me for specific documents only proof of financial loss which can make me get into a trap. The situation my wife is living can become against me. That is what i want to avoid.

Nothing new on the uscis side, but I'm working on getting the paperwork done for the next step.

I received my French police clearance and my birth certificate is also on its way.

I'm having trouble with the police record from Turkey though (I spent 4 years in Turkey)... I get different answers about the way to get it every time I ask a different person, some even saying they don't give it to foreign nationals, which is not true. I was also told it takes at least 2 months :wacko: Well, I guess I have the time, right?

CR1 Visa

USCIS STAGE: 16 days No expedite request but USC residing abroad
NVC STAGE: 19 days from case # to case complete
03/27/12: interview at Paris embassy - APPROVED
04/12/12: POE San Diego

01/15/14: sent I-751 application

05/14/14: received card production notification by e-mail, approval date 05/13

Naturalization

Well u can try the expedite remember expedite is not a 100percent guaranteed approval. Can you try to assist her from where you are at? Here is what I would do. I would do the expedite and take it from there if u have a genuine case there is nothing to worry about.

Ok Thank you Ryan, my real concern now after your answer is to get my case expedited for financial loss. My wife is currently living a critical financial situation which requires my urgent coming in the US. a )She just went to a doctor confirming that she is pregnant, for probably one month and i have to come in the US to help her with the babe and Doctors appointments. She is sick everyday, throwing up everything, she sometimes call sick at work and this could end up to her firing which would make it worst. b) her rent bills represent 80% of her pay check which make her being broke month after months. So my coming is crucial. Isn t that a good reason to get an expedite? i have requested it and i am preparing documentation to send. What do you think? any advices are welcome

If her early pregnancy is causing sickness resulting in her having to miss work,

she should speak with her employer about applying for FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act).

It's very much frowned upon for a woman to be fired for pregnancy related illness.
