Hi, my husband call them today and they told him that they still working with petitions from end of august.So 6 months it`s normal and our NOA2 should be arrived for max 2 months ! OMG !!!

any of you tried to call USCIS?

Hi, my husband call them today and they told him that they still working with petitions from end of august.So 6 months it`s normal and our NOA2 should be arrived for max 2 months ! OMG !!!

any of you tried to call USCIS?

My wife called last week, May 2nd. Our priority date is December 2nd, 2011. They said they were working on applications from November 15. My wife was told to call back if we didn't receive anything in the next 30 days.

On Monday May 7 my wife found a letter from the USCIS in the mail when she came home from work. It was our NOA2. We were approved. The notice date was May 2nd, i.e. the same day my wife called.

Marriage : June 30, 2011

I-130 Sent : November 26, 2011

I-130 NOA1 : December 2, 2011

I-130 Approved : May 2, 2012

NVC Received : May 14, 2012

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : June 1, 2012

Pay I-864 Bill : June 5, 2012

Return Completed DS-3032 : June 1, 2012

Pay IV Bill : June 7, 2012

Case Completed at NVC : July 2, 2012

Interview Date : September 28, 2012

Interview Result : Approved

Visa Received : October 3, 2012

US Entry : December 23, 2012

Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 152 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 301 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
