November filers, NVC receive my case Jan 31st. I called today, they gave me my case number, IIN ( Invoice Identification Number ) and gave them both my email and my wife's one

well i have a question for my group here, i realised i answered one of my question with my husband information and just realised today as my sister is trying to file for my parents. its question 15 under section c of the i130 form, that ask about employment and i put my husband information. none of us realised it and 3 persons checked the form. what do you think is the best option for us. Call and notify them about the error or wait to see if we get an rfe or do you think it can be rejected on that basis??? please help.

When you go in to USCIS website and go to My Case Status LOOK at the LAST UPDATED Date and you will know when you have been touched, a touch means that someone in CSC or VSC or which ever service center you have your case, that they have looked at your file

I really don't think they would deny for that. But they will likely ask you to send a corrected form. You'll have to wait for the RFE, if it happens!

Happy Belated Valentines Hope Everyones day was nice eventhough I imagine most are separated from our significant others, I sent the wife flowers as a surprise.. and she almost choked on her food as the flowers where delivered on her meal time, she said aww very pretty I wonder who they are for, the delivery guy says Itzel... and she was half was swallowing hahahaha... she said It was a funny moment but she loved the flowers.

Waiting on CSC in the mean time closing in on month #3
