Received NOA-2! 15 days!

Honestly, wasn't expecting it. I was preparing myself for a 5 month wait. But it does show that applications from USCs living abroad in visa wavier countries and once eligible for DCF are being processed quicker than those who are not.

But I do feel everyone's pain. We had to sit and wait (in seperate hemispheres)for nearly 6 months before I got my visa to enter Australia to marry my husband. I know how much it sucks...

Received NOA-2! 15 days!

It confirms my theory! It's really good news for us but it totally sucks for everybody else....

So if any of you guys know a USC living abroad without DCF option in his/her country, tell them to file their I130 NOW. This abnormality may not last.

Yes we requested it since november 14th, they asked us to submit documentation, which we did not. As she talked to her Doctoer about some complication she has with her pregnancy and that he said he will give us a letter to send to immigration, we are waiting for my wife next appointment next week.
