Well, if I were you, I'd call the number! You're not being difficult or fussy, but come on, he's got a baby and he's not doing any effort to have his family reunited faster :bonk:

I think you guys need to have a SERIOUS conversation about this process asap. From my point of view, he's being neglecting with you and his child right now, and that is not acceptable. My advice is exactly the contrary of Rujby's: stop asking nicely and "blow in this lungs" like we say in France!

I don't agree either as if I wasn't interested I wouldn't have paid for this process, which I did as he claim that he didn't have the $420.00. I just observing, probably this isn't meant to be. Sorry to say but this is how I feel :(

Anyway Guys we will be here for 5months so lets get to know each other. I'm 27 and I have a 16month old boy, he is my sunshine, cutest little thing in the world (mommy good genes). I presently work in an engineering and contractors company in Jamaica, I do Accounts Receivables and ICT Supervisor, so numbers and techy girl all mixed up in one. I like to eat however I don't like to try new food as im a picky girl, will be moving to NC when paperwork gets approved. What about you guys????

Well, 32, no kids, I work with numbers too, doing stats, but I really don't like the place I work in. 3 hours commuting every day plus the management is just a bunch of morons!! One of my hobbies is makeup and I have a LOT of products :lol: The cook in the house is my husband, he's really very good at it! I love love to eat but I'm not picky at all: the only thing I really don't eat is raw seafood. We have a fury cat at home and we're preparing for him to come to the US too :luv:

I am 29, working for a digital cell phone company as an analyst in their call center. I have been working there since 2006, my first job. I am christian and i play piano for my church. My USC wife has a 6 years old boy from her old relationship and she is currently pregnant of 7 weeks from me. We got married July 30th 2011. She is christian as well, Apostolic church in NJ. That is where i will be moving when my case is approved.

Yup its here and they are building an even bigger one which should be completed by next year. My company also came to Haiti to work on the lift and AC Units there for Digicel and we are currently working on the new head office Elevators.

Well I guess you would be relatively close to me I will be in North Carolina, trust me when the kids happen it will, if u wait on stability it will never happen.

I used to work in a call center for a big laptop manufacturer... tough job!

Well I feel disheartened about this process sometimes as many times I feel like my spouse is not that interested at all. If it wasn't for this site and the people on here I think I would be going mad. Well will see if we get the hardcopy hubby isn't too interested in it as he said we received e-notification which I'm telling him doesn't mean anything, the hardcopy is what counts. Pray for me guys, I wish he would just be on the same page and as interested as I am.

I have just read all the posts, and replies....and how you changed topic. Can I just say one thing? It's a tough situation for all of us. We are all away from our loved ones. We cannot judge and say that he does not want to be with you, or in no hurry. I don't know either of you. Stress makes all of us react in different ways. I'm sure things will be better once reunited!

11/16/11 - Fedex I-130
11/17/11 - Received at USCIS
11/18/11 - Text received from USCIS - papers received - sent to California for processing
11/21/11 - touched
11/22/11 - check cleared - Received NOA1 form in mail
3/9/12 - Approved!!! NOA2!!! 113 days!
3/15/12 - NOA2 received in mail
3/19/12 - NVC received - no case # yet
4/3/12 - Case number received!
4/4/12 - Paid AOS bill (in process) and completed DS-261 Agent form / also emailed request to transfer to Beirut, Lebanon for interview
4/5/12 - AOS bill shows paid!
4/6/12 - emailed I-864ez and tax info
4/9/12 - (rec. confirmation email)I-864 and tax documents received by NVC / request to transfer embassy denied
4/30/12 - finally received confirmation email aos/i-864 approved (case was held due to embassy transfer request!!!)
5/2/12 - IV bill appeared online - paid!
5/3/12 - IV bill shows paid!
5/10/12 - FINALLY submitted DS-260 and emailed all supporting documents
5/15/12 - checklist from NVC - needed different marriage certificate
5/20/12 - emailed other marriage certificate
5/21/12 - email received
5/29/12 - CASE COMPLETE! FINALLY!!!

6/4/12 - Interview Scheduled

7/22/12 - INTERVIEW! APPROVED! NO A/P. KEPT HIS PASSPORT

7/28/12 - Visa in hand

7/29/12 - POE Philadelphia!

5/5/14 - Mailed form I-751

5/6/14 - Packet received at USCIS Vermont - signed for by A.Scoss

5/6/14 - NOA1 receipt date

5/13/14 - Check Cashed

5/13/14 - Received NOA1 in mail

Yes we were getting to know each other as we will be here for awhile. Well I dont think its a stress thing, I just think his level of interest is very low. He is more interested in the gear he got today than a conversation about paperwork. So tell us about yourself.
