Affidavit problem

Your list looks like ours did. Added would be (we sent in almost everything you did but no affidavits and no pics) copies of our matching drivers licenses, our car insurance in both names, and I had my wife as primary benificiary (life insurance) and mailed in that as well. Otherwise your package looks fine and good luck!

(still smiling at the affidavit wording)
