Spousal visa holders get a stamp on entry that acts as a temporary green card. Yes you can enter and then leave again.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Yup! Absolutely! Even within the same day !!

Just be certain you've gotten the I-551 stamp, (WHEN YER IN THE IMMIGRATION AREA AT THE BORDER or POE) that'll validate yer visa and the visa stamp with the I-551 stamp acts as a temporary Green Card (another I-551 document) for up to 1 year.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
