Is it necessary to submit separate I-134 forms for each child that will receive a K-2 visa? I have already submitted an I-134 for my fiance (K-1 Visa), and the children were listed under item #3 on that I-134 form. My fiance was approved, but the children are yet to interview. Thanks in advance for any help.

YES, each applicant needs an I-134 at the time of the application

Our children each had one. Be careful when filling them out. Be especially careful to note that you have now filled out another I-134 for another immigrant (your fiancee) and she needs to be listed on theirs. Read the questions carefully and remember that even though it is one petition they are three separate applicants.
