Hello,

I need help:)

My friend is bringing her parents to the USA. She is a USA citizen and her parents are from Mexico. She already filled for the I-130. She paid the 355 to proces the app. Then she receied a letter stating that they had already received her payment. On July, she received an Approval Notice. It stated that her parents app had been approved. Then she paid $404 for the visa (she paid for both of her parents). She already has her CDJ case number. She does not know what to do next... I tried to help her but I have no idea what is the next step... She also received a letter from the visa center. It says, "U.S. Department of State Choice of Addres and Agent for Immigrant Visa Applicants"

What is that for???

Can someone help me out..PLEASE...

What does she need to do next??

The DS-3032 Choice of Agent is for her parents. With the form, they can designate her or someone else to receive information when her parents files their immigration visa applications.

The fee letter she received has instructions on what to do after she pays the Immigration Visa fee ($404) and the Affidavit of Support fee ($88). She needs to go back to the website where she made the payments to download the forms and the individualized bar code cover pages. She files form I-864 Affidavit of Support. Her parents file form DS-230 Immigrant Visa Application. After both forms are filed, the NVC will schedule the visa interviews for her parents at the US Embassy/Consulate in their home country.
