N-400 and military orders overseas

Well, the time has come to begin the last phase of this journey! But as always, things just cannot be easy for me.

Here is the deal. My hubby is getting new orders next month and he is very sure we are PCSing overseas. I am ready to file for citizenship next week. I did hear in the past that if there are military orders present any immigration process can be accelerated. So I called USCIS to make sure and they gave me a list of the situations in which my application can be expedited, but they are all in the smart form, so noone could specifically tell me if I can expedite citizenship based on orders. So, the questions are:

1. Can I expedite N-400 based on my honey's PCS orders overseas?

2. Will it cost us (expediting)?

3. Can I file now and expedite once we receive the orders?

File for N400 next week. When your husband does get his orders, call up the military service members USCIS hotline and give them your NOA1 number and ask to expedite. See what happens next.

May be better to wait until order will be issued and than to file n-400 expediting ?

Since your husband has not yet received the orders for his overseas assignment, you need to wait before you file in your citizenship application. As per the USCIS, if your husband is or will be deployed overseas for year or more, then you will be eligible for expedited naturalization in the US.So it would be best if you just waited for the orders.
