means that when the cut off date first time reached to ur pd and u can check the old VB out for the cut off date.....it may be in around july 2010 ....if i am not wrong....

So my PD was current on sep 2010 becoz at that time the sep 2010 PD was Jan 2010 and oct 2010 was 01/04/2010

Nov 2010 was 01/06/2010

Dec 2010 was 01/08/2010

I still don't know when was my PD had been current please response me back waiting thanks alot
