it will be current by May 2012 ( June 2012 VB )

Why they are already asking us for AOS and all that when they specifically indicated there that they will only start processing it when they think a visa will be available in the next 9 months?

When NVC asked me the affidavit of support and ds230 my pd was current two months after but i did not have the affidavit of support and the Vb was 2008. I could not get interview date.

In the last year in OCtuber, NVC asked me affidavit of support and ds230 forms but my husband could not fill the affidavit of support because he did not have taxes and we had to wait January 2011 to have this document. When the NVC asked me these forms my PD was not current but two months after Vb was in April 2010. Before we have my husband's taxes the PD was in 2008 and i did not get interview date. I am sorry for my English.

Stupid prediction. Wait and see before do any prediction.we all know about movement of state dapertment. Student can bring their dependent my question is why we can't? NVC And department of state really sucks. Separate how much they can with our wife and children's??????????

I Will assume that Sept. 2010 could be current as soon as July 20112..

( 2 months before Nov.Dec 2010 filers began receiving thier COAs and IV fee bill I advised that it would be received and few told me that would be IMPOSSIBLE.. however note that what I said did come through.)

Othewise acase we have pending in F3 would have began processing.... the NVC have not requested payments as yet Soooooo it cant possibly mean they need money to all who have that thought...

Did they ask you for AOS and IV fee ? I'm in same pd September 01 ,2010 . Could anybody tell me how to register NVC for email notification ?
