My wife and son's interview was also today.Their visas were also approved and no further AP was required...Since I have become citizen 2 weeks ago..So they needed me to fill Form I864W for my child (he is 3 and half years old) and send it to the embassy..And they said as soon as we receive the form ,visas will be issued...I have already sent those forms through Fedex.Which is expected to reach on friday and then hopefully visas will be issued in a couple of weeks after that.

Thanks to everybody on this forum and I wish u all the best.

Note : Those who have become citizens recently and have minor children (under 18 unmarried) who will become automatically citizens on their arrival...Dont forget to fill and sign form I864W for ur children and present it at the time of the interview,to avoid any delays.Good Luck

Hay congratulations bro.. if you dont mind would you please let us know what type of questions they ask in the interview. it will be alot easier for the other's preperations.

Thanks

Pd 17 may 2009. Called NVC and was told to call tomorrow as they receive the new dates tomorrow. She said she might have interview dates for me.

I am not here to discourage, but when NVC operator tells this way--- it could very well mean that new Dec VB is effective from tommorow.

My Wife & Daughter PD: June 2009.
