they didn't take my i-94 either, sometimes they just forget, but a couple of days later after the io said i would be approved she called and said they didn't have a copy of my marriage certificate in the packet for some reason and asked me to fax/email it to her :) but yes, there is no need to worry yet just deal with the wait and call the 1-800 number

Yeah guys I am really trying to be calm but it's been hard... It's been 6 weeks since my interview and nothing.. I called the immigration and they said it could take 3 months to decide.... But I am just worried what is going on there, I had everything on the interview... I know people that don't even bring weeding pictures, nothing... I had everything.... And I know that in Newark NJ it takes around 2 weeks after interview to get the GC...

I am waiting... I guess there is nothing else I can do :-(
