so i had my medical today, the lady in slec looked for my hard copy of my mnl case# and asked me how come that i have my case number and don't have letter indicating my number there. i explained it to her that my fiance called the nvc and gave our case number over the phone. she was satisfied with my answer but somehow she's making worried :( do u think things will be fine as long as we got a correct case number?

btw i tried to schedule an appointment for interview via computer but i can't do it; because when i signed up there, the name (real name) that i use is not complete even my lastname. is it ok to continue scheduling it with incomplete name since they can track it through my passport number and receipt from bpi? :bonk:

need urgent response

thank you!

You should be fine as long as you give them the correct MNL case number.

Regarding your interview schedule, do you know if your documents are already with USEM? 'Coz if it's not yet in their system, then you won't be able to schedule the interview online.

Providing the correct MNL number should be fine. SLEC personnel just wanted to make sure that you are required to take the medical. A formal letter from the embassy or providing your MNL number should be enough proof.

As I remember, you can start scheduling your interview when the embassy has inputted your file in their system. Were you able to access it correctly? The name should be complete and correct. I'm not sure what you mean with incomplete name.

It is best for you to call the hotline if you were not successful in scheduling online. I tried scheduling for my interview online at first but I was making some error so I then went ahead called the hotline and it went to quick and fine.
