This is the initial email response I got from them after I desperatedly tried to contact them after my wife's visa denial with a white slip:

================= Nov 2, 2011 =====================================================

Thank you for your inquiry.

We understand that the process of applying for an immigrant visa can be long and sometimes frustrating. We assure you that your case was given careful consideration.

Unfortunately, the Consulate is unable to issue your beneficiary an immigrant visa because, according to section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, she is currently ineligible. The Consulate has determined, based on the beneficiary's testimony, documents, and any other evidence, that you do not have a bona fide relationship with her. Regrettably, at this time we cannot accept further documentation or evidence regarding your case or conduct a second interview.

The Consulate is preparing to return your case to the USCIS for review and possible revocation. Processing your case for return to CIS may take up to several months. Additional specific information regarding the reasons for this decision can only be acquired during CIS review process. We recommend that further inquiries be directed to the USCIS office, as they will be able to best assist you going forward.

===================================================================================

This is the most recent response to my email inquiry. The tone is much more encouraging

================= Dec 16, 2011 ====================================================

Please be advised that your beneficiary's case is still under administrative processing. Though we do not have an exact date as to when we will finish this processing, we will inform your beneficiary by EMS courier mail once the case is ready for further action. We will prepare EMS waybill for your beneficiary if she forgot to provide one to us. there is no need to worry about it.

===================================================================================

I am hoping, that indeed we are finally turning things around. You have to try hard, but if you have a legitimate case with bina fide relationship, they ultimately will still listen.

Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Today I get this email response:

Please note that we have completed the administrative processing, and we believe that your beneficiary will hear from us within the next two weeks.

I have to wait for the actual notice to know what is the conclusion of the AP.

I can understand why your wife doesn't want to know anything about your ex-wife however it is important to share BASIC information with her because it will be important later on in life not just the Immigration process.

The fact that your wife couldn't answer basic things about your past relationship did raise a red flag because you were divorced and remarrying in inconsiderate amount of time. I am not saying that you guys aren't in love with each but think like a VO and try to see how they look at things.

They are trained to look at any notion of suspicious even if they are wrong 5 out of 10 times but they are trained to detect fraud of any kind. I believe VOs read the file briefly and whatever pops out they will ask during the interview.

For example, they asked my husband something that HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR MARRIAGE and he was baffled to why they were asking questions about my deceased aunt. I mean really? Who wants to talk about their deceased family members? VO asked if anyone died in my family and my husband responded aunt because he did the eulogy poem for me to recite at the funeral but I didn't go down the history lane with my husband about my aunt but he knows I was very close with my aunt and that she adored him.

So I understand exactly what you mean when they asked questions that doesn't show how much you guys know each other in a much more deeper validity than exes. However, she should know the basics and if that was't enough for VO, WOW!

I'm sorry to hear :( Wishing you best of luck!!

It is totally not right in my opinion questions about the ex-wife of you or anyone. I am not interested when it comes to the ex wife of my husband, ex is ex and I am his present & future wife.

They just wanted to know how much you love him/her by finding mistakes his/her ex made and you are smart enough to know and to not make same mistakes :-)

Hi Palladin,

Do you have any children with your wife after the marriage? this may be strong evidence for bona fide relationship.

sorry to hear that :(

All I know, is that I need you... I need you in my life as much as I need food or water or air to breathe - for the longest time, I've had this thirst deep inside... only to be known and understood and be loved for who I am. I have longed for someone, someone like you - to share my life with... all the ups and downs and everything in between. then out of no where - you walked into my life, quenching my thirst, satisfying my longing. and I know from every thing with in - that you are the one... you're the one I've been waiting for all this time. I want and I need you - more than I can usually find words to say... But today and always - please believe and know that you're the one for me and I'll hold you close and I'll never want to let you go...
