I have been an LPR since 2003, currently in The Philippines as I just got married here (Aug 2011) to a US citizen who's doing contractual work for an IT company based here. I have a 4 year old illegitimate daughter, I have full custody, and we would like to take her to America with us by next yr. I understand we can file for a CR2 visa and we're about to do just that. My husband's original residence is Florida, but we intend to live in Ohio (where my mother lives) when we get back. Can I put our Ohio residence as my husband's primary US residence so that NVC can just send necessary forms to that address? What else should i send along with the I-130?

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
