will here is the problem ..... my aos is pinning cause they still need more paper... so i was wondering if i can still apply for the I-765 so that he can work... and at least get money or a ssn or some type of an id...its such a big head ache....please help....im doing this on my own its been so long :( thanks

You can only apply for EAD with a AOS application.

What are you waiting for? All the documentation is standard.

so your saying its to late... i was just wondering cause some of the info that i readed say that when filling out the aos you dont really need to fill out the I-765...sooo how would i get an ssn?? do i have to wait until the aos is completed?? hmmmMm..... :help::blink: very clueless

GC or EAD will get you one.

EAD is very useful for things like getting a Drivers License.
