Hmmm - should I be concerned that we haven't gotten our Biometrics appt letter yet?

Some of my fellow October filers have yet to receive their biometrics appointment so I wouldn't worry yet! USCIS won't even look at your case if you call until you give them 30 days from the date of filing to receive your bio letter. :thumbs:

09/21/08- Phil arrives in US

08/15/09- Wedding

10/16/09- Mailed out AOS package

01/14/10- Interview completed - Approved!

01/23/10- Conditional Green Card received!

ROC

10/17/11- Mailed ROC package

10/19/11- Package arrives at VSC

10/20/11- NOA1 issued

10/24/11- "Touch"

10/24/11- Check cashed

10/26/11- NOA1 received

11/23/11- Biometrics appointment

01/14/12- Conditional GC Expired

07/17/12- Approved! - Notification of card production

02/16/2010 - Green Card in hand!

12-13-2011: Received Biometrics Letter, dated 12-08-11

Got my biometrics letter today. It's scheduled for 12/14, but I'm out of the country for work that week. I'll try to do a walk-in tomorrow. If they don't take walk-ins, I guess I'll have to reschedule.

Got my biometrics done today.

It was originally scheduled for 12/14, but I will be out of the country for work, so I decided to try a walk-in.

I work about 5 minutes away from the USCIS ASC, so even if they had turned me down it wouldn't have been a big deal.

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes because I was the only person there, and the employees were super nice.

Now I can relax and just wait couple months until I get my card.

ROC:

11/07/2011 Mailed I-751 and evidence

11/09/2011 NOA issue date

11/14/2011 Check cashed

11/16/2011 NOA received

11/22/2011 Biometrics
