Yes, guys... I received the letter, but it is an NOA which requires additional evidence.

I just received it today, the notice date is Aug 31, 2012....

After more than 9 months wait, I have to go through more pain....

I will let u guys know what decision they make in 60 days when i get it...

Same here and we agree with you as far as no news is good news. We stopped trying to understand or figure out their process because I don't think they even know day to day what they are doing and change rules and policy on a daily basis with no one to answer too.
