You can add an RFE with mine too.... :crying: Dated Aug 17. oh..and you have the date of my bio a little mixed up..I had in Dec. '11...But the date is right.. :)

Initially we just sent all the documents with last 3 months statements, as per lawyer's advice. I asked them again and again, they said that's enough.

Now I'm sending all the documents atleast 2+ years worth. I also went to bank and got the letter from them saying we have joint account and the date it was opened. I got the same letter for credit card also, though my credit card is closed still I'm making payments. Then I went to get a letter from the leasing company showing the exact dates of our stay. and I'm going to get another letter from the current landlord as well.

Strange thing is I sent the utility bills, USCIS never mentioned they got the utility bills. I sent 4 affidavits, they said we received 3 affidavits. I sent credit card statements and letter from bank stating my wife as authorized user, they didnt mention in the letter either.

I sent the lease document for the whole time we got married, they said we just received the lease document for 2011. So I'm getting two letters from the current landlord and previous landlord showing the dates of our stay.

Then I made photocopies of the Driver Licencse of myself and my wife. Also I made photocopy of our debit cards and attached to the statements along with bank letter.

Also attached the Death Insurance I have showing my wife as beneficiary.

Sending the tax returns for 2010 and 2011. I already sent 2010, but now I have the official transcripts from IRS, so sending it again along with 2011.

I already submitted joint Auto Insurance. Hope this information might help others. Thank you all.

Snail mail for RFE in July, I haven't had a "case status" update on the USCIS website since September 2011 :angry:

To my understanding RFE's are never updated online for removing conditions, I got the snail mail.

Finally it happened to me :dance: Got email and text saying they ordered production of my new card on August,22. As some of you remember we had interview June 26 and they requested most recent tax return and some papers.We submitted everything on August,6.We also submitted more bills and etc We had an option to drop off papers at local CIS office.SO we went there instead of mailing the papers. I guess it took them 16 days to approve it. Waiting patiently to get the card itself. I guess we'll get NOA letter first.But i'll consider this email as approval,right?
