just here giving an update...had my biometrics on 11/30 case hasn't been "touched" ever lol

I-751 file: 11/07/11

NOA1 date: 11/10/11

Biometrics: 11/30/11

Approval: 08/17/12

I haven't got mine either. My ASC is Portland, OR same as yours. My NOA1 date was 11/28/2011. I called USCIS today and they gave me another Receipt number for Biometrics, they said to call them again later today or tomorrow to check if I have my bio scheduled since the computer system wasn't working when I called. I have checked the new receipt number online and got nothing :( .

Oh, I am glad I got a friend from Portland, OR. Been looking if anyone here from the same area as mine. I am going to call them today because it's already been a month on Jan 1. I am wondering why pdx is slow this time. When I had my AOS, they sent me bio letter 2 weeks after my NOA1.

I haven't got mine either. My ASC is Portland, OR same as yours. My NOA1 date was 11/28/2011. I called USCIS today and they gave me another Receipt number for Biometrics, they said to call them again later today or tomorrow to check if I have my bio scheduled since the computer system wasn't working when I called. I have checked the new receipt number online and got nothing :( .

Just how far behind is VT? My husband had his biometrics appt on Tuesday. I came on to see about how long people are waiting for approval and it looks like no one who filed in November has been approved. Does anyone know how many months behind they are now? When we filed for the original CR1 we were moved from VT to CA due to how far behind the VT office was at the time and it still took 5 months. The waiting is a lot easier this time since we are together.

I came on to see about how long people are waiting for approval and it looks like no one who filed in November has been approved. Does anyone know how many months behind they are now? When we filed for the original CR1 we were moved from VT to CA due to how far behind the VT office was at the time and it still took 5 months. The waiting is a lot easier this time since we are together.

Looking at the threads from September filers (and earlier) should answer your question much better than this thread will. But certainly the average VT applicant is waiting much longer than the average CA applicant.

If your husband filed in November, add your details to the list in this thread and join the fun!

Bear in mind though, that the lists here are very much the tip of the iceberg. Each Service Center receives well over 1,000 ROC applications every month.

Had my biometrics done 12/29/11, all went smoothly. I just tried to check my case status online but it says my case cannot be found?? Is anyone else having that problem?

When is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? You need that date for the list ;) (not letter received date)

Looking at the threads from September filers (and earlier) should answer your question much better than this thread will. But certainly the average VT applicant is waiting much longer than the average CA applicant.

If your husband filed in November, add your details to the list in this thread and join the fun!

Bear in mind though, that the lists here are very much the tip of the iceberg. Each Service Center receives well over 1,000 ROC applications every month.

Statistically speaking, approximately 40 applicants, chosen at random from a population of 2-3000, should be a pretty reasonable sample, and should accurately reflect the progress of the much larger group. Which is pretty cool.
