I am still waiting. I see approvals for some whos filling date is later than mine. There were a lot of RFEs in the middle. Hope everyone hear good news soon. :unsure:

Hi guys my card was delivered today August 27 :innocent: So happy :) USCIS sent me a bunch of email and text messages confirming the delivery and etc So efficient. I wonder why they never updated when i had an interview or biometrics appointment. Oh well...I was thinking to apply for citizenship,but i'll hold on to it. Not really in the mood to deal with them again.

I was thinking the same thing...unusually high number of RFEs within this group? My thoughts are it impacts the individual cases as a delay but I wonder to what extent it will impact other cases within this group and thereafter. Hopefully it won't be too bad of a cascading effect.

I just sent off our RFE packet a few days ago. We originally filed with what I thought was a lot of information and proof. Couldn't believe it when they wanted more - just didn't make sense. I was able to dig up a lot more documents, but I'm concerned out the timing. We are building a new house (I sent contract in RFE packet as well) and as we just sold our current house with closing end of Sept. Would really like to have the card in hand before change-of-address goes into effect.

I see there are people approved and have their GC that filed at VSC in December, January and February. Yet we still wait. Not a fair system.

I agree with you 100%. I could drive there in less than 2 hours if that would make it easier for them, than sending it snail mail.

It seems like there processing speed has come to a complete stop for I-751. :unsure:

Yea it has! And meanwhile they are earning interest off our filing fees that we paid in advance nearly a year ago.
