I have the same kind of question, only I was wondering if the beneficiary has a change of address within his country while awaiting the visa, what type of form would we need to document the change. I would think that if I (the petitioner and choice of agent ) here in the US have not changed addresses, that it would not be necessary.

Up until this point the consulate has been using email to contact us both ... I was thinking maybe to send an email because the only form I can find is the one suggested here ... and it doen't seem to suit the purpose exactly and would probably only create confusion.

I would also like to remind you to notify the USCIS within 10 days of the change of address........... it's a crime if you don't ....yikes !!!

Many blessings to you both and I hope it all works out for you guys

opppppppppppppsssssssss ... I was trying to edit my post and got caught in emoticon traffic .......... ..... but I thought it was important to clarify that I was trying to say that the forms may not be right for MY situation but they are most definately needed for YOURS !!!! I found the forms on the USCIS web site under "forms" ... go figure .... and the first two choices in the chart will take you to the change of address form pages and downloads ... when you download the one for the immigrant you can read the specifications on the 10 day period .... I would suggest you call the USCIS if you have any problems and read through both of the downloads completely
