Common issue just wait for the card. Lots of people get double or triple notices when something switches to in production.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

08-01-2011 AOS Packet sent (I-130,I-485,I-765) via USPS Priority mail

08-03-2011 Package delivered via USPS tracking

08-08-2011 Received Text/Email that all 3 apps were accepted/Checks cashed

09-06-2011 Biometrics Appt. in Philly

09-14-2011 RFE Sent for 485. I forgot to sign one section of the 485

09-21-2011 RFE Mailed back to USCIS

10-14-2011 Card production of EAD ordered

10-17-2011 Interview notice (I-797C) received for 11-16-2011

10-22-2011 EAD Card received

11-16-2011 APPROVED. Card Ordered, Passport Stamped.

Same thing happened for me, I got a card in production email on the 25th, then another one on the 28th, then a post decision activity one on the 31st!

Hoprfully it will turn up in the mail this week....

Filed AOS, EAD & AP: 15 Sep 2011

Received NOA: 23 Sep (dated 19 Sep)

Biometrics Letter: 29 Sep

Biometrics App: 20 October

Called and sent letter to congressman :24 Oct

Call from congressman saying EAD &AP is approved :25 Oct

Email from USCIS that EAD ordered and AP approved: 26 Oct

Received RFE for tax return: 26 Oct

Responded to RFE: 31 Oct

EAD & AP received:2 Nov (Day 49)

It's normal, thats how their system works. Generally you'll get it around 10 days from the first notice, give or take. Post production usually means it has been sent.

08.25.2010 - NOA hard copies received (x4), case status available online: 765, 131, 130.
10.15.2010 - RFE received: need 2 additional photos for AP.
10.18.2010 - RFE response sent certified mail
10.21.2010 - Service request placed for biometrics
10.25.2010 - RFE received per USCIS
10.26.2010 - Text/email received - AP approved!
10.28.2010 - Biometrics appointment received, dated 10/22 - set for 11/19 @ 3:00 PM
11.01.2010 - Successful biometrics walk-in @ 9:45 AM; EAD card sent for production text/email @ 2:47 PM! I-485 case status now available online.
11.04.2010 - Text/Email (2nd) - EAD card sent for production
11.08.2010 - Text/Email (3rd) - EAD approved
11.10.2010 - EAD received
12.11.2010 - Interview letter received - 01.13.11
01.13.2011 - Interview - no decision on the spot
01.24.2011 - Approved! Card production ordered!

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

11.02.2012 - Mailed I-751 packet to VSC
11.08.2012 - Checks cashed
11.10.2012 - NOA1 received, dated 11.06.2012
11.17.2012 - Biometrics letter received for 12.05.2012
11.23.2012 - Successful early biometrics walk-in

Same here. The system is basically sending you an email or txt every time something 'happens' which is broken. But it's nice to know that they approved it THEN sent the data to another government office THEN physically mailed it to you :)

I got three email too. The first two of them were about card production and my status for the form moved to the last step that says "card production", but then yesterday I got the third email, it says about an approval notice being mailed and my status had jumped a step back to " post decision activity". I'm confused.... :unsure:
