ok here's my situation,

on 31 October 2011(last Monday) the NVC received my AOS package,

on Tuesday 1 November 2011 i paid the IV bill

yesterday 3 November i mailed the IV package but didn't reached the NVC yet

Today i call the AVR and the msg was that some documents are missing and they mailed me a checklist and it was generated on the 3 november

QUESTIONS :

a) The RFE for AOS PACKAGE IS DIFFERENT THAN IV PACKAGE ? i mean could it be this msg because they didn't received my IV package yet?

b) the msg said that they mailed a checklist for the missing documents => do they send it also by email? because it will take 2 weeks to received by mail (LOL),

c) at this time their is no operator to answer my call but if i called during business hours are they able to help me and tell me what are the missing documents ?

Thanks in advance guys :)

You need to speak to the operator and see if they have both your packages. You must ask specifically if both are logged in and accepted. If they tell you they only have one packet then you know it is a false RFE. If they logged both in then ask what the RFE is about. They might not be able to tell you what it is and you will have to wait for the RFE by Mail.

Good luck

I am sure it is a false RFE.

In a week you will have your case completed at NVC.

Check my signature below. NVC kept on sending us RFEs: before we were able to send the package, while the package was on its way to NVC and even though they already had our packages. Most prolly they just wanna inform you that they're waiting for it and they can't wait to have it reviewed and for you to have your case completed.
