Ahhhhhhhhh got my interview date! Dec21st!!!! I'm in the car right now about to get in a huge accident.

OMG! I'm very happy for you! Congratulations! :dance: How'd you able to confirm it? Through talking to an operator? But hey, please drive safely. :P Can't wait to hear the great news from you (a detailed one). Yay! :luv:

07/13/2011 : RFE for G325A (beneficiary)

07/28/2011 : I-130 approved :)

Your I-130 was approved in 106 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

08/08/2011 : NVC received case from USCIS

09/08/2011 : NVC assigned case number

09/09/2011 : Paid AOS bill

09/14/2011 : Paid IV bill

09/22/2011 : Submitted AOS and IV packets via USPS Priority Mail

09/26/2011 : NVC received AOS and IV packets

10/03/2011 : checklist cover letter #4 - AOS line 25 being questioned

10/11/2011 : Response to RFE sent via USPS Priority Mail

10/11/2011 : checklist cover letter #5 - IV application OK! :) -NVC still waiting for RFE response

10/13/2011 : NVC received RFE reponse and now, we WAIT! :D

I read your post and decided to call the NVC... OMG!!! They actually gave me my interview appointment! Stockholm embassy December 13th. :dance:

This is the best day in a long time! :)

I guess we are all learning patience. My case closed Oct 11th. I filed originally in early November so I am really learning patience.

I am so happy for everyone. I called twice tonight and they still have no interview date for us. Hopefully tomorrow.

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

ok I lost count. Is that 4 or 5 that got a date today?

Terry I am still praying for your December date!

I know Egypt is still a 6 month wait but I decided to call NVC and check cause I believe in miracles...but no miracle for me tonight! lol

May 24, 2011 NOA1

It's raining interview dates today. :wub:

Not really, only 4 or 5 people got their interviews scheduled :whistle: and my congratulations to all of them! The rest of us are still stuck while waiting for the interviews.

The good part of it - the scheduling process keeps moving on.

The operator from the NVC told me another "nice" news: they finish assigning interviews for December by the end of next week. How's that news?

Your interview date will be assigned soon nickky! ;) You still have this week until next week then ( I guess that's the "nice" news the operator's pertaining to). Hopefully before next week ends, you'll be able to get it! But I pray it'll be sooner than that (after all, you're all included in my daily devotions). :dance:

Do you mean they stopped giving interviews for December regarding Canada, or altogether????

I'm still hoping to have my interview before Christmas! (It's not so hectic - what I've understood - in Finland, so maybe there is still a chance?)

But that is of course that our case in NVC moves smoothly and we don't get any RFEs!!!

I still hope Canada could still have interview dates open for December though!!!!!! :thumbs:

Yes, got my interview date yesterday too!!! Got the email when I woke up this morning. So happy :dance: Going to Stocholm on Dec. 13th. Super excited and terrified at the same time :lol:

05/05/11: sent I-130

05/16/11: NOA1

08/12/11: NOA2

08/19/11: NVC received case

09/16/11: received NVC case number

09/19/11: AOS bill and DS 3032 generated - emailed choice of agent to NVC

09/20/11: paid AOS

09/21/11: AOS shows paid and DS 3032 accepted.

09/22/11: mailed AOS (I-864ez)

09/23/11: received and paid IV bill

09/26/11: IV bill shows paid

09/27/11: mailed DS-230

09/30/11: AOS reviewed and false RFE for DS-230

10/05/11: RFE for birth certificate (which was already included in IV package)

10/06/11: DS-230 under review due to RFE... waiting...

10/21/11: Case Complete at NVC, finally!

11/02/11: Received interview date :D
