You're welcome! :)

Less than a month to go for your interview! Got all the papers ready?

Nah! Hubby & co-sponsor still tryin to compile everything before sending the package to me (I also specifically instructed hubby to inform me everything he included in the packet before closing/sending it to me). :bonk: We can't afford any missed documents/delays what-so-ever. Exactly 3 weeks (PI time) before my interview date. i got my interview email :)

Grats! kicking.gif

guys can my wife (usc) be present during the interview? or she need to wait outside?

Being that your interview takes place in a US consulate/embassy, of course she's allowed in! She's a US citizen! Now, some countries don't allow the USC into the interview room though. In Canada, the USC is allowed, but I don't know about your country.

I applaud you on getting the list of documents from him of what's going to be sent before it is. Hopefully he's not missing anything! While you're waiting for the documents, you should go over these interview questions posted here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Consular_Interview_Questions

I'm trying to go back and print confirmation page of the DS 260 with the barcode, I go thru all the sections and when I get to the view where it shows all completed information with the next tab being family I only get you've encountered an application error, retry at a later time, It's been doing that for a while. is it a system glitch or does that mean NVC is reviewing my packet? should i call NVC to see whats up, I know that confirmation page with the barcode is important

I'm not sure if you can re-print the confirmation page after completing the application. I know for sure you can go back and print out all the review pages (that's what I did). Not sure about the confirmation page though.

Just to make sure, you're using IE, right?

If so, just give it some time. It might be, like you suggested, that the application is being reviewed.

Don't listen! no0pb.gif Those operators are just reading from a script when they say they only schedule during the second week of each month! And when they say so-and-so month is full, don't believe them either as it's just more script-reading!

Continue to call EVERY SINGLE DAY, no matter what, until you get your interview date!

So what should I ask them ? Simply inquire!!

was able to print out the confirmation page lol, had to navigate my way thru the whole system but got it, I called the operators and a lady told me I had to read the disclaimers first, lol ok. anyways today I got an email that said

Dear Sir/Madam:

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

Regards,

soooooo case complete right????
