Congrats to all december interviews!

I send in my completed DS 260 form today with required documentation so hopefully if all goes well, I'm hoping for a january interview! New year and new start for both of us, my husband and I!

Still waiting for our interview date. NVC closed October 11, 2011.

Just wanted to share good news my case got closed on Nov 15 :dance: Thanks to ALLAH hoping for a soon interview date.

WOHOOO INTERVIEW DATE IS DECEMBER 16!! and yes i wrote in caps because i am yelling lol im sooooo excited i get to spend chritmas and new years with my love ;)

Everyone please cross your fingers that my husband gets everything to me by Friday. For his sake more than mine, as I will be trying to Force choke him if he doesn't. :lol: (Why yes I did go to the Dark Side. They had cookies!)

Nickky, why you always have to read my mind :rofl: . I told Hadrien - f*#& this, let's take the honeymoon we never had a chance to take, and go back to France a couple of days before the interview....so I hope that we don't get stuck in Argentina for four days because of airline strikes or exploding volcanoes or something :wacko:

Need you guys help we already submitted our tax info to the NVC. I know we have to take the orignal I1864 EZ to the interview but do we have to take original W2s and 1040s

Ok, I am ready to jump off the cliff again. I just called NVC tonight and now they are saying they were not able to schedule an appointment for December. NVC closed our case on October 11th. Others from other countries are finding out their interview date within a week or two. It has been over a month and now they are saying they could not schedule us for December. Why then are they not giving me a January date? I am just so disappointed yet again. :crying::crying::crying::crying: And someone from Turkey who closed on September 26 got their interview date on October 6 for November. This does not make any sense. I am so upset.

You were supposed to submit all the originals to NVC (I-864 and tax info), then you bring copies to the interview just in case.

Ok, I am ready to jump off the cliff again. I just called NVC tonight and now they are saying they were not able to schedule an appointment for December. NVC closed our case on October 11th. Others from other countries are finding out their interview date within a week or two. It has been over a month and now they are saying they could not schedule us for December. Why then are they not giving me a January date? I am just so disappointed yet again. :crying::crying::crying::crying: And someone from Turkey who closed on September 26 got their interview date on October 6 for November. This does not make any sense. I am so upset.

Please keep in mind, the wait time varies greatly from country to country. Some people find out within a few days, others a few weeks, others a few MONTHS. And just because someone from the same country got theirs within a few days doesn't really mean much as it happened before your case complete. Your consulate could have gotten really busy with less space. All you can do is to keep calling every day with a positive attitude. If you give up, then it will make this process much, much worse.

two days back we called up NVC guys. They said like, they got files and entering informations into their system. asked to wait for a few more weeks. Now its 23 days since got approval
