It's as normal as I had my oath 3 weeks ago and my status still shows "Testing/review" :whistle: USCIS online updates are not reliable. Go to your oath and enjoy it. congrats. :)

Mine, also has not changed. But who cares now, right?? ;)

THANK YOU so much to all of you ladies and gentlemen for your help and support over the last few years.

It was a pleasure to be a member of this community.

I think, I will do one more update after the ceremony, and then will be time to ..... well, I don't know yet .... but will find something, I hope ;)

It's unbelievable how many people there are waiting to get in for the ceremony. The line is like 3 blocks long. It's like a black Friday at Walmart :)

I had my test and interview yesterday. The I.O. looked bored to tears and he made me swear to tell the truth, then asked me the 6 questions which I answered correctly. Then he made me write a sentence, which I also wrote correctly, and started asking me the standard questions on the application, such as "have you ever been a terrorist? Have you ever been arrested?". He didn't even look at my papers or my passport. No additional questions.

I decided to change my name after becoming a citizen, so I had to sign some forms concerning the name change, and he told me I was going to receive a letter in about 2 weeks, notifying me about the time and date of the oath. Then he put a big APPPROVED stamp on my papers and congratulated me for the resuls of the civics and English tests :). That was all.

I hope I don't have to wait for months for that letter now, like I've read it happened to some people here.

Congratulations to everybody who passed their test and interview! It's been quite a journey, guys!

By the way, my online case status hasn't changed yet either, it's still in the interview stage.

I am officially done!!!!!!! Thank you very much to all for your support.

There were 1,300 people at the ceremony, 60 countries (there were only 2 of us from Poland). The ceremony was scheduled at 9 am, but I got there a little earlier. I parked at Fresno Convention Center at 8:15, but I got inside the building at 9:45. I had to wait at line "0" to turn in my green card. Then I was seated and waited until 10:45 for the judge. The actual ceremony was 30 minutes the most. Then I had to go back to line "0" to pick up my certificate. The ceremony overall was nice, but it was too crowded.

P.S.

Could someone please update my timeline. I'm a US Citizen. :D

11/23/11......NOA recived in the mail(priority date nov 14)(notice date nov 21)..(you will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by the local USCIS office.you should expect to be notified withing 90 days of this notice)

12/13/11......got text and email about biometric letter being send out

12/17/11.......got biometric letter in the mail(appointment date dec 28th)

12/19/11.....did early walk in FP

12/22/11.......got email and text about being placed in line for interview scheduling

01/30/12.......got email from my IO were i was asked to pick my own interview date and send email back with the date i picked

02/06/12......got INETRVIEW email with appointment letter(have to print that out and bring with me on the interview day)

02/28/12.......INTERVIEW with oath on the same day(as long i pass the test afcorse.)

Very nice indeed it was. And short, from 10:00 am. I was the very last to receive The Certificate and was on the street at 10:45.

All together 80 something people from 27 countries. By noon I was already done with another line at passport agency. My passport is to be pick up on Tuesday.

The most time consuming was the security screening at USCIS building and then at Kulczynski Federal Building (State Dept Passport office).

Done my friends for good. No more personal contact with USCIS ever. However during all this journey I did not have any problems to complain about.

So another thank you goes to all the federal agents who simply are doing their job.

Congratulations!

Very nice indeed it was. And short, from 10:00 am. I was the very last to receive The Certificate and was on the street at 10:45.

All together 80 something people from 27 countries. By noon I was already done with another line at passport agency. My passport is to be pick up on Tuesday.

The most time consuming was the security screening at USCIS building and then at Kulczynski Federal Building (State Dept Passport office).

Done my friends for good. No more personal contact with USCIS ever. However during all this journey I did not have any problems to complain about.

So another thank you goes to all the federal agents who simply are doing their job.

Can someone make me red please?

03-01-2012 USCIS received I-130, I-485 and I-765

03-05-2012 Received 3 text and 3 email receipt notifications

03-07-2012 $1,490 poorer - both checks cashed

03-12-2012 Received NOAs for all 3 applications

03-16-2012 Received Biometrics Notice for Apr. 2

03-19-2012 Successful Walkin Biometrics

04-09-2012 Received text/email about scheduled interview for May. 11

04-12-2012 Received a hard copy of an interview letter

05-04-2012 Received a notification "Card Production Ordered" for EAD.

05-09-2012 Received another notification "Card Production Ordered" for EAD.

05-10-2012 Received notification that EAD was mailed.

05-11-2012 AOS Interview at 12:30 no final decision

05-11-2012 Notification "Card production ordered" at 3:30 pm. APPROVED!!!!!!!

05-14-2012 Received EAD card in mail and I-130 approval notification

05-15-2012 Received hard copies of I-130 approval, welcome to USA letter and a notification that green card was sent

05-21-2012 Green Card Received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

05-23-2012 Applied for SSN

11/12/11.....N400 send to Nebraska service center

11/14/11.....N400 delivered to NE

11/21/11.....Check cashed

11/23/11......NOA recived in the mail(priority date nov 14)(notice date nov 21)..(you will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by the local USCIS office.you should expect to be notified withing 90 days of this notice)

12/13/11......got text and email about biometric letter being send out

12/17/11.......got biometric letter in the mail(appointment date dec 28th)

12/19/11.....did early walk in FP

12/22/11.......got email and text about being placed in line for interview scheduling

01/30/12.......got email from my IO were i was asked to pick my own interview date and send email back with the date i picked

02/06/12......got INETRVIEW email with appointment letter(have to print that out and bring with me on the interview day)

02/28/12.......INTERVIEW with oath on the same day(as long i pass the test afcorse.)
