FINALLY got on update....On December 13, 2011, we mailed you an appointment notice to have your fingerprints taken. Please follow the instructions on the notice. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

so i should be ggetting my letter this week.YAY.

11/12/11.....N400 send to Nebraska service center

11/14/11.....N400 delivered to NE

11/21/11.....Check cashed

11/23/11......NOA recived in the mail(priority date nov 14)(notice date nov 21)..(you will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by the local USCIS office.you should expect to be notified withing 90 days of this notice)

12/13/11......got text and email about biometric letter being send out

12/17/11.......got biometric letter in the mail(appointment date dec 28th)

12/19/11.....did early walk in FP

12/22/11.......got email and text about being placed in line for interview scheduling

01/30/12.......got email from my IO were i was asked to pick my own interview date and send email back with the date i picked

02/06/12......got INETRVIEW email with appointment letter(have to print that out and bring with me on the interview day)

02/28/12.......INTERVIEW with oath on the same day(as long i pass the test afcorse.)

No, you dont have to.

got my FP letter in the mail.the apt date is dec 28th.but we plan on going there on monday.since hubby has day off.what is the worst that can happen..they will say no. :crying:

when you do early walk in for FP..when you get to the office...do you tell them..i am here for early walk in or you just give them your letter and hope for best?

when you do early walk in for FP..when you get to the office...do you tell them..i am here for early walk in or you just give them your letter and hope for best?

Just show them the letter. If they say something, tell them you are affraid you wont make it the day you have the appointment or any other excuse.

ingucis78 i went to alexandria virginia for my early biometrics and i had no problems. they didnt even look at the date. i also saw here in the forum that people who went to fairfax did early biometrics and didnt have problems either. just in case they say something, just tell them that you are out of town between christmas and new year.

11/14/11.....N400 delivered to NE

11/21/11.....Check cashed

11/23/11......NOA recived in the mail(priority date nov 14)(notice date nov 21)..(you will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by the local USCIS office.you should expect to be notified withing 90 days of this notice)

12/13/11......got text and email about biometric letter being send out

12/17/11.......got biometric letter in the mail(appointment date dec 28th)

12/19/11.....did early walk in FP

12/22/11.......got email and text about being placed in line for interview scheduling

01/30/12.......got email from my IO were i was asked to pick my own interview date and send email back with the date i picked

02/06/12......got INETRVIEW email with appointment letter(have to print that out and bring with me on the interview day)

02/28/12.......INTERVIEW with oath on the same day(as long i pass the test afcorse.)

If you've signed up for email/text notification, do you get a notification that they have mailed out your FP letter? I keep expecting a surprise in the mail and then I tell myself - wait - I haven't received any text or email to that effect :unsure:

yes you will get a notification that the fingerprint letter has been sent, so instead of nervously checking your mailbox you can nervously check your inbox (hell, I've been rechecking the uscis site regularly even though I have notifications set up, to see if my interview's been scheduled yet)
