Finally got an interview letter today! The only potential problem: it's been scheduled 4 days before my anniversary. We'll see if there will be any problems.

Got an e-mail update today at 4.00 pm:

Your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION is now scheduled for interview. You will receive a written notice with a time and place for your interview.

You should receive this notice within 14 days. If you do not receive this notice within 14 days from January 12, 2012, please call customer service.

11/07/11.....Check cashed

11/12/11.....NOA received in the mail(Priority date Nov 02)(Notice date Nov 04)

12/29/11.....Got Yellow letter in the mail (to bring DL or ID for my interview)

12/29/11.....Talked to Nebraska officer via phone about transferring my case to their office

01/06/12.....Had Infopass (wanted to do biometrics, but they denied me & said they will use my old one)

01/12/12.....Status Update - An Interview has been scheduled

01/17/12.....Got my Interview letter

02/21/12.....Interview

02/21/12.....Offered same-day Oath & became US citizen!

11/21/11.....Check cashed

11/23/11......NOA recived in the mail(priority date nov 14)(notice date nov 21)..(you will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by the local USCIS office.you should expect to be notified withing 90 days of this notice)

12/13/11......got text and email about biometric letter being send out

12/17/11.......got biometric letter in the mail(appointment date dec 28th)

12/19/11.....did early walk in FP

12/22/11.......got email and text about being placed in line for interview scheduling

01/30/12.......got email from my IO were i was asked to pick my own interview date and send email back with the date i picked

02/06/12......got INETRVIEW email with appointment letter(have to print that out and bring with me on the interview day)

02/28/12.......INTERVIEW with oath on the same day(as long i pass the test afcorse.)

called military hotline this morning.the guy i talked to was very nice and helpfull.was told that my file left for fairfax on jan 10th(got email and text about being placed in line for interview scheguling on dec 22nd).

was also told that military do go faster.but since the office is supper slow.i probobly wont be scheguled until febr or march.

Anyone hired a immigration attorney to represent their N-400 if so how much it cost. and are there any benefits I am thinking about having an attorney to accompany me to interview? I don't know why but its just making me nervous...

I received the yellow letter yesterday and the case status changed to " Your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION is now scheduled for interview", everything is moving fast :D

2007-11-8 : Married

AOS

2008-3-03 : AOS sent

2008-3-12 : Check cashed

2008-3-14 : Received Receipt Notices of AOS ,EAD and AP

2008-3-17 : Biometrics Appointment notice date

2008-4-03 : Biometrics Appointment ,,,DONE,,,

2008-5-09 : EAD card ordered and AP approval notice

2008-5-13 : AP approval notice sent

2008-5-16 : AP received

2008-5-19 : EAD Approval notice sent

2008-6-27 : interview appointment letter (for August)

I've got notification that on December 22 the application was placed in line for interview scheduling. So far no letter.

same here placed in line on the 22nd.nothing since.i'm Fairfax office.

I received a yellow letter Friday. However, I haven't even done my fingerprints yet. Is this normal? My FP appointment is Feb 1st.

03-01-2012 USCIS received I-130, I-485 and I-765

03-05-2012 Received 3 text and 3 email receipt notifications

03-07-2012 $1,490 poorer - both checks cashed

03-12-2012 Received NOAs for all 3 applications

03-16-2012 Received Biometrics Notice for Apr. 2

03-19-2012 Successful Walkin Biometrics

04-09-2012 Received text/email about scheduled interview for May. 11

04-12-2012 Received a hard copy of an interview letter

05-04-2012 Received a notification "Card Production Ordered" for EAD.

05-09-2012 Received another notification "Card Production Ordered" for EAD.

05-10-2012 Received notification that EAD was mailed.

05-11-2012 AOS Interview at 12:30 no final decision
