Sorry to be asking way to many questions, my Fiance doesn't read or write English? What do I do? I had her sign the Sample letter of itent in english and I made a translated one in spanish and also had her sign it? Also can I use the same exact format of the fiance letter of intent from Visa Journey or do they have to be originals? I just read some one got a REF for using a template letter?

You can use the sample letter from here with no problem. It needs to be in English for both of you. She just needs to know what she is signing.

Thanks, I'm just going to have her hand write the letter in English today so they won't RFE me.

Should this statement be enough to satisfy them? and not get RFE, it will be handwritten "I, MARIA DE JESUS FELIX SOTELO, do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry CESAR ERNESTO NAJERA and I also intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.We will be getting married in the state of California and in the county of Los Angeles."

I would have it translated and notarized by someone legally certified to perform the translation. It may sound like overkill, but a CO may question the validity of the document since your fiance MUST be able to read and understand the statement she is signing for her to give consent and it to be legally binding. I've seen judges toss signed contracts in the trash because the defendent didn't have the capacity (i.e. language fluency) to understand what they had signed.
