Hi guys :)

Here I am again with a question... what do I have to do for my son to apply with me to the k2¿¿ our package is already at the embassy, I have not get any package yet. What are the fees that I have to pay plus the ones I have to for the k1¿¿ will he have to attend to an interview¿¿ with me¿ in other date¿¿ and will he be able to go 3 months after the date i will go¿¿

He needs to have physical. You need to pay $350 visa fee for him. He can travel after you arrive with no problem as long as he is under 18. He has 1 year to use the K-2 to enter (again - as long as he will be under 18)

He needs to have physical. You need to pay $350 visa fee for him. He can travel after you arrive with no problem as long as he is under 18. He has 1 year to use the K-2 to enter (again - as long as he will be under 18)

Actually he has up to one year to APPLY for the visa after hers is issued and THEN he has up to 6 months before it expires. Our oldest son was issued his visa 10 months after Alla, it was valid for 6 months when it was issued.

If his visa is issued at the SAME time he will have 6 months to use the visa. Yes, he can travel separately IF he meets any other regulations regarding that (not immigration issues)
